Does anyone think it's coincidence that September is the most popular month for babies to be born? These kids are part of what I refer to as "holiday love" babies.. And you can guess why! :)

So in addition to preparing for Pierogie #2 (who is due in March 2014), let's celebrate these New Year babies by checking out a couple of my favorite baby related things.

Katie m. Berggren is a celebrated artist who captures motherhood in a way that I have never seen before. Honestly, I'm not one to be moved by art terribly often. But friends -  my heart soars, aches and grows whenever I cruise her galleries. That's why I'm so proud to feature one of her prints in Penny's room. Check out my special story behind why this piece means so much to me.
